Our story

Hi, I’m Klára Navrátilová, and my story begins with my tomcat Felix – the reason behind the F&K brand. This ginger tomcat became a member of our family as cats tend to do – he simply came and stayed. When my parents bought a house, they soon learnt that they had actually bought both the house and a cat, an alley cat called Felix by the locals. Felix soon became a respected family member, but when we wanted to go on holiday, we faced a tough question: “What do we do with him?” We were extremely lucky – we found a cat hotel near Prague, a wonderful “holiday resort for cats.” That was when I first had the idea that once I finish my studies, I would like to be the best option for all cats, male and female, when their owners cannot be with them and need somebody to take care of them with love. The time has come: the F&K Hotel for Cats is now open in Chýně, offering your feline companions a safe and comfortable home from home.
